Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to the Nugent Brothers Enterprises ("NBE") website, client portal, and internal delivery systems. Only invited clients or partners may hold an account, and by signing in you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms as well as every policy referenced on this page. We may update functionality or retire components when necessary to protect reliability, yet we will always provide notice when contractual milestones are affected.
Account Security
Keep credentials confidential, use strong unique passwords, and alert the NBE operations desk immediately if compromise is suspected. We may require multi-factor checks or additional authorisation before sensitive actions (for example, contract execution or invoice release). Accounts that introduce risk or violate the Acceptable Use Policy can be suspended without notice while an investigation is completed.
Deliverables, Payments & IP
Project scopes, fee schedules, and transfer of rights are defined in Statements of Work or Master Service Agreements. NBE retains ownership of internal tooling, frameworks, and pre-existing creative assets; clients receive only the licences specified within their contracts. Fees are due on the dates shown on each invoice, and overdue balances may pause production or incur the finance charges stated on that invoice.
Termination & Disputes
Either party may terminate for convenience with the notice period stated in the active agreement or immediately for material breach. When a project ends, clients remain responsible for outstanding fees and for deleting any confidential NBE information that is no longer required. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless another jurisdiction is documented in writing. Both parties agree to pursue amicable resolution before escalating to arbitration or courts.
Acceptable Use Policy
The Acceptable Use Policy protects the safety, resilience, and reputation of our platforms. You must never share credentials, impersonate another user, probe the infrastructure without permission, or upload code and content that is malicious, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful. Publishing confidential information belonging to NBE, its staff, or other clients is strictly prohibited.
Required Conduct
Always communicate project decisions through the official channels provided so that an auditable history is preserved. When you upload assets, ensure you possess the rights to use them and that they comply with export controls and intellectual property laws applicable within the United Kingdom and European Union. Automated scraping, excessive polling, or any behaviour that degrades performance is not allowed. Report policy breaches or suspected security issues to security@nugentweb.online; we cooperate with UK and EU regulators where required.
Privacy Policy
NBE safeguards privacy across every system we run: the public marketing site, authenticated client portal, automated communications, internal administration consoles, and financial tooling. The personal data we handle includes identity and contact details supplied during onboarding, project and billing records (such as statements of work, payment references, and signed contracts), message history inside the client chats, and technical telemetry like IP address, browser fingerprints, security events, and locally stored preferences.
How We Use Data
Data enables us to deliver services, share files, issue invoices, and keep clients informed about milestones or blockers. It also supports collaboration in shared workstreams, fraud prevention, authentication monitoring, and the legal duties imposed by accounting and tax regulations. We rely on the lawful bases of contract performance, legitimate interest, and legal obligation. Optional features (for example interface preferences) rely on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
Storage, Security & Processors
Information is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure located within the United Kingdom or European Union. Access follows least-privilege controls and is restricted to vetted personnel. We work with carefully selected processors—such as hosting providers, payment gateways, PDF rendering pipelines, secure backup vendors, and transactional email or SMS gateways—each bound by Data Processing Agreements and supplied only the data required to perform their specific function.
Transfers & Compliance
Our services are limited to clients within the United Kingdom and European Union, and we operate exclusively under the regulatory expectations of those jurisdictions. Cross-border transfers stay within the UK/EU or rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by UK/EU regulators. Operations align with GDPR, UK GDPR, and PECR, and clients may request supporting evidence for audits, including processing logs and summaries of penetration-testing activity.
Retention, Deletion & Rights
Operational records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven fiscal years unless regulators mandate a longer period. You can initiate a GDPR deletion through the client dashboard or by emailing NBE@nugentweb.online. Once verified, we remove login credentials, profile data, chats, and optional preferences while retaining invoices and legally required records, which are decoupled from direct identifiers. You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or objection at any time, and you may lodge complaints with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your EU supervisory authority. If an incident impacts your data, we will notify you promptly with remediation details.
Cookie Policy
Our sites use a minimal set of cookies and local storage entries. Essential session cookies maintain authentication state, provide CSRF protection, and keep multi-step workflows intact. Preference storage keeps your light/dark theme, dashboard filters, or drafted chat text on your device only. Performance telemetry is limited to first-party measurements of error rates and load times so we can preserve reliability. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels, we do not fingerprint beyond what is necessary to prevent fraud, and we never sell analytics data.
Managing Cookies
You can clear, block, or limit cookies through your browser settings, and many browsers support automatic deletion on exit. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the portal. If you have further questions about cookies, privacy, or any other policy listed above, please contact NBE@nugentweb.online.
