Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the Nugent Brothers Enterprises LTD website, client portal, and administrative tools. By creating a client account or uploading content through our admin tools, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Scope

We provide custom web development, hosting, and support retainers. Deliverables, payment schedules, and invoice references are defined inside each project record. Automated invoices, contracts, and onboarding instructions are sent via email and remain accessible to our team for compliance.

2. Admin File Uploads

Our admin workspace now supports direct uploads for images, PDFs, and supporting assets. Only authorized team members may upload files, and you are responsible for ensuring that anything you upload is owned by Nugent Brothers Enterprises or accompanied by written permission.

4. Project Lifecycle

Projects can be marked closed once delivery is complete. Closing a project pauses new invoices but preserves every historical invoice, contract, and admin note. Admin users also have a delete option for test or erroneous projects; deletions cannot be undone.

5. Account & GDPR Deletion

Clients may trigger a GDPR deletion directly from their dashboard. When requested, we immediately remove the login, chat transcripts, phone number, and other personal profile data. For legal and accounting reasons we retain:

Retained data is decoupled from your former contact details; projects are relabeled as “Deleted Client” with placeholder identifiers.

Our Legal & Compliance Center—specifically the Privacy Policy section—explains how we collect and protect personal information, including how cookies are used for session management. The policy also mirrors the retention promise outlined above.
